OUR MISSION
To utilize every legal opportunity to discover, develop and deploy leadership competencies in young people across Nigeria and Africa.
Today's youth are the leaders of tomorrow.
Whether they are equipped for leadership today or not, they will assume leadership in the different areas of our national life: business, government, civil society, religion, etc, tomorrow.
Our institutions of higher learning provide us with the largest congregation of young people at any time. While they are essentially in school to bag degrees, we must utilize their time on their campuses to also help them to discover, develop and deploy their leadership capacities.
This is what the Future Leaders Campus Tour is about. It is about aggressively taking leadership empowerment where it matters most: our young people in the various institutions of higher learning!
Nigeria has six regions, so we will be visiting universities, polytechnics, etc. from one region to another. We will host the students in a leadership summit in conjunction with the students' union government and school management of each institution.
The summit will include:
√ 2/3-Day Leadership Development Sessions and Workshops
√ Distribution of Learning Materials to Participants
√ Musical Concerts
√ Distribution of Welfare and Relief Materials to students, etc.
√ Establishment of The Real Leaders' Club
(on each campus where we identify willing and credible people to champion it).
Partnership is the only way we will be able to accomplish this enormous task. It is huge, but like the mantra of the RDO Leadership University, IT IS POSSIBLE!
While you may not be able to join us in raising the next generation of leaders for Nigeria from campus to campus due to several reasons, including your busy schedule, you can still be part of this project through partnership. Yes, you can be a part of the Future Leaders' Campus Tour without physically joining us.
