The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos and DOMI Leadership Consult Limited, Lagos are co-hosting the Annual End of Year Strategic Leadership Retreat 2026, themed “Navigating Growth: Alignment, Innovation, and Scale.”
This closed-door event, conducted under the Chatham House Rule, aims to guide C-suite leaders from reactive management to proactive, legacy-defining strategy. It is designed as a collaborative incubator for approximately 50–60 executives across various sectors to evaluate their progress, realign trajectories, navigate economic challenges, and leverage regulatory frameworks for sustainable growth.
- The retreat is structured around the AIS Framework (Alignment, Innovation, Scale), with Day 1 focusing on assessing the current state of the enterprise and market landscape through sessions like the Institutional Health Check and a Confidential Peer Case Clinic.
- Day 2 shifts to strategic refinement and executive alignment, featuring workshops on the AIS pillars and an Action Planning Lab to develop a new year’s strategic action plan. Post-retreat follow-through includes a communiqué, accountability check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and an alumni network.
The retreat will take place in Lagos and in Abuja with distinct pricing for resident and non-resident participants.
